Delivery
Delivery and pick-up is included in all rental prices. We deliver within 15 miles of the Beverly neighborhood. Delivery outside of that radius is available, however an additional fee may apply.
How Many Tables Do I Need?
You can use the handy diagrams found here to determine how many tables can fit under your tent. Another consideration is the type of party - will your guests all be sitting at the same time or do you want to allow more room for guests to stand and mingle.
What are the inflatable safety guidelines?
Find a comprehensive list of safety rules and guidelines for all inflatables here. The best way to ensure your guests’ safety is to ensure there is always adult supervision.
What’s included in the rental price?
Your rental fee always includes delivery, pick-up, tent set up, inflatable set up, and inflatable safety instruction. Inflatables include all required blower(s), stakes or sandbags, and extension cords. The only thing you need to provide is an outlet within 50 feet.
What do you set up?
Tent and inflatable rentals include all set-up including proper anchoring. We install side walls and string lights. Tables and chairs will be stacked under the tent, or at your party location. We will set up tables & chairs for an additional fee.
Can we set up in the driveway or backyard?
We can place our rentals on any surface, whether concrete or grass - no difference in rental fee! The only restriction would be we cannot put inflatables on gravel, due to the likelihood of damage.
Insurance
Kennedy Party Essentials is proud to be fully insured for general liability. We take safety seriously and we want to make sure you have a seriously good time! A copy of our insurance certificate is available by request.
